Bring everything to your verification meeting. Missing something? Apply anyway — SnapAct ops will walk you through it.
Identity
NIN (11 digits), driver's license or rider's permit, and a clear selfie taken at the verification meeting.
Your own bike
Valid plate, road-worthy bike. We photograph it together at the verification meeting — front, side, you holding the plate.
Bank account
10-digit account number with BVN. Account name should match your NIN — that's how Paystack sends your payouts.
Next of kin
Someone we can call in an emergency. Name, phone, relationship, and ideally a home address.
Guarantor
A business owner or established adult who vouches for you. SnapAct ops calls them before approval.
Smartphone + Telegram
Any smartphone with working data and Telegram installed. We send dispatch through the SnapAct bot.

How long does approval take?
2-3 business days from when you submit, assuming you have all the documents. SnapAct ops calls your guarantor before approving — make sure they're reachable.
Why do I pay a bond?
The bond protects SnapAct and buyers against loss. It's fully refundable when you leave on good terms. Typical range: ₦20,000-₦50,000, agreed at the verification meeting.
What if I lose my access key?
Contact SnapAct ops. We re-issue a new key without losing your order history, payouts, or KYC. Your bond and bank info stay in place.
Can I work for other apps too?
Yes — your time is your time. Type
/offline to the bot when you're not available for SnapAct orders.When and how do I get paid?
Friday (weekly) or end of every day (daily) — your choice in the portal. Money lands in your bank via Paystack transfer. Fee is ₦10-50 per transfer depending on amount.
What if a buyer refuses to give the phrase?
Don't hand over the package. Message SnapAct ops on Telegram. We verify with the buyer and resolve it. You're protected — never hand over without the right phrase.
